GNP+ is a global network for and by people living with HIV. Its overall aim is to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV. Its work is based on a policy platform, the Global Advocacy Agenda. This focuses on promoting global access to HIV care and treatment, ending stigma and discrimination, and greater and more meaningful involvement of people living with HIV in decisions that affect their lives and their communities. GNP+ achieves its mission through advocacy, capacity building and communications programs. It has a secretariat based in the Netherlands and affiliated regional networks in Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America and North America.
