These standards have been designed to guide the country rollout process to ensure that the core principles of the index are put into practice.
Essentially, these standards outline how people living with HIV can and should be driving the process in every stage of implementation. The guidelines also outline how networks of people living with HIV can build strategic and effective partnerships to facilitate a successful national rollout.
